Fee/Payment Terms
The hourly rate is per investigator (Operative). Additional charges or Administration Setup fee, Mileage, Out of Pocket Expenses and Report Preparation should be considered.
All Court records and database searches, as listed below, are a separate charge and not included in the Field Investigation's hourly rates.
Prior to the beginning of each investigation, with the exception of Long Term Contracts and Special Arrangements, a retainer fee is required up front. Payment can be made by Cash, Check or Money Order.
Any field investigation which exceeds the initial client authorized retainer will require additional funds prior to completion of case. Allowing an adequate retainer amount will keep the investigation continuing without delay. We WILL NOT exceed the amount you have authorized us to investigate your case without your written consent.

- Criminal Background Search*
- Judgments, Liens ,Bankruptcy Search*
- Civil Records Search*
- Professional License Verification*
- Employment Reference Verification*
- Employment Locate*
- Basic Asset Locates (Re: Vehicles, etc.)*
- Witness/Defendant Locate*
- Property Search*
